Refunds/Returns
Inevitably a sale will need to be refunded, handle any scenario with ease.

Find sale item
First find the sale item being refunded. You can either go via the sales tab or via the receipt history tab.

Edit sale item
When editing a sold item, scroll down to the refund/return section. Here you can toggle the return status, revealing inputs for return date, value and a notes field for any extra relevant details. Once saved, the receipt will be updated to reflect this refund, the analytics and sales tables will equally now reflect this new status.

Made a mistake? If you wish to undo a return, simply toggle the return status back to 'off' and it'll be like nothing happened! The changelog for the sale item will log each action though, so you can always see the update history.
