Make sure the design is set for your receipts. There are physical printing specific settings to give you absolute control regardless of receipt printer type.

Click the 'print test' button at any time to print an example to check the layout is to your liking.
iOS & Android

CONNECT
Before you can print, ensure your device is connected to a receipt printer. Currently we only support USB connections. If your device isn't already connected to it, Antiquely won't be able to 'see' it to print on it.

The app will automatically try to reconnect to a previously connected printer on load - if unable to find it, you can manually initiate another attempt to connect anytime.

FIND & MANAGE
Use the receipt printer screen ('More' -> 'Receipt Printer') to connect to and manage existing connections. A new connection will be remembered automatically ensuring the app try's to reconnect to a previously connected printer whenever you open the app - if unable to find it, you can manually initiate another attempt to connect anytime.
Disconnecting from an existing printer will make the app 'forget it'. You can check the connection is working well with the 'print test' button.

Web (Windows & Mac)

CONNECT

DRIVER
To allow Windows/Mac to work with the printer you'll need to install the printer driver.
If using our recommended Star TSP100iii receipt printer, you can download the driver for it here: download. We recommend the 'TSP100 futurePRNT Software Setup EXE File' as it's a simple case of downloading, running, using the default configuration options and it'll work right away.

Click print on a receipt, this will launch the browser print dialog box.

OPTIONS
The browser is not as seamless as iOS or Android but the same physical print can be achieved. Simply tweak the setting to:
• Select correct printer
• Paper size: Star Thermal 80mm x A4
• Scale: Fit to printable area

You can of course test different settings to see different print outputs. Clicking print should start the receipt printer.
