Your dealers
Without them there's nothing to sell! Learn how to create, manage and enable remote access for them.

Add any number of dealers. Ensure their details are spot on as store commission values etc are used to calculate sale item breakouts.

Add all the information about the dealer. A key point is the email. You do not need to link a dealers personal Antiquely account to a dealer record if you don't wish. The status of this link is always shown here. For more on dealer remote access see below.

Deleting a dealer record is only possible before any sales history exists for that dealer. If a dealer has sales associated with them, they can only be archived instead. This is to avoid significant complications with sales lacking an associated dealer.

ARCHIVE
Sometimes you no longer sell with a dealer. Avoid deleting that dealer as it will limit your sales history power, instead simply archive the dealer to hide them from view. You can always un-archive a dealer to reinstate them.

DEALER ACCESS
A dealers personal Antiquely account can be linked to any number of your dealer entries. If you wish to grant a dealer remote access to their data, input the email account for their Antiquely account and click 'Link'. If the email matches an account it'll link the two, allowing the dealer to see their sales and analytics. Any number of your stores dealer record can be linked to a single dealer e.g if they have multiple booths in your store. As the store, you can break this link at any time.
If you create a dealer record, but that person has no yet created their Antiquely account, when they do eventually create their account, you'll be notified with an email that they have done so and are now available to be linked to your existing dealer record if you wish.
